GREAT VALUE for teriyaki. We love getting the lunch special which includes chicken, gyoza, rice, and veggies. My favorite dish is the spicy pork which I like to eat with the rice or the yakisoba. There is a lot of food for always less than $10.
This place is usually busy but the service is still fast and there is lots of room for seating. If you dine in, there is a pot of miso soup that you can help yourself to. Also they do a punch card system on their already great deals. Great and fast service. We usually call in our order before we head there so it is ready by the time we get there (about 10 min it can be ready). -

Consistently good fast teriyaki plates ,my favorite in the area for a take home dinner.

Kokiyo is an interesting place. The food is better than I'd expected, and the staff is generally friendly. Despite the establishment being VERY busy during our visit, our food was delivered promptly. The spicy honey chicken was very crispy, not overly sweet, and delivered a slowly-building heat. My Korean spicy chicken was VERY spicy, and had a great flavor. What makes Kokiyo interesting? The dining room seems rather dirty. The restrooms are small and seem to be constantly occupied. It is in an absurdly busy shopping center at which it is very difficult to find parking spaces. I was also very surprised to see such a large number of children dining there despite there not being a "children's menu". It is definitely worth a visit if you find a parking space.

Stopped here for a quick lunch since it was close and I was starving. I ordered the Orange Chicken meal. The food took about 10 minutes to be ready and brought out to the table.
It was a simple plate with a heaping portion of chicken, rice, and steamed veggies. The food was super fresh and tasty. Asian cuisine is in my top three favorite types of foods and whenever I can I will stop into a local place that I can find along my travels. This place definitely fulfilled my craving for the day. -

Went in for lunch. Great value for the price, by far one of the best restaurants for lunch. And the complementary tofu soup made it even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for something fast, delicious and filling as well as light on the pocket.
